What material are the signs made from?

Each piece is cut from substantial 16-gauge American steel, and finished with a durable powder coating designed for outdoor use. 16-gauge is approximately 0.065 inches (1.65 mm), giving it a premium feel.

Will my sign rust?

The powder-coated finish is is one of the most durable finishes available. A dry powder is electrostatically applied and then baked, creating a tough, even coating that resists chipping, scratching, and fading. It is an excellent choice for outdoor signs, providing both color and robust protection against the elements.

How are the signs mounted?

Signs include mounting holes for secure installation. Hardware is not included. Most clients install using masonry screws or exterior-grade fasteners appropriate for their surface. A Flush mount would be attached directly to the wall for a clean, low profile look. Spacers can hold the sign slightly off the wall, creating a floating effect with a subtle shadow called a stand off mount. 

Can I customize the design?

Yes. Personalization details are entered at the time of order. Custom requests beyond the listed options may be submitted through our Contact page. 

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is made to order, personalized items are final. It is of utmost importance that you verify the spelling of your customization. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we solely ship within the United States.
